English is one of the most used languages in the World.In Bangladesh, English is introduced here at the primary level & its inclusion continues till the tertiary level of education.A student has to study English as a compulsory subject to pass the exam.But awfully,most of the students don't know how to speak in English further more  they can't write correctly out their feelings & opinions. As a result, they don't reach their targeted stage of life.However,they pass the exam but actually they are unable to use the language.If you ask from people, what is the reason behind like this problem?
